An excruciating challenge this will be, retracing three decades to 1992, when Black South Africans suffered under a horrific Apartheid System. Where having retraced, a challenge anew, relating to their anger, as victims of a discriminatory Apartheid System, yet compelled to provide proof. Thus, not dissimilar to us, armed with only experiential evidence, they directed eyes to the differential treatment of Whites over Blacks. However, despite evidence being beyond reasonable doubt, all they repudiated, with insistence on the impossible.

But amongst them was one of International esteem, a Black South African whose brilliance and sacrifices stood incomparable. For eyes he opened as he edified, that what the Apartheid Evil sought, they already have-The racist Apartheid policies. Thus, aware they now were, that what’s being sought was never had, since the Apartheid policies were hidden in the Whites only corridors.

PPP Hell-Care

And for this reason, we now illuminate the horrors of our discriminated 50%, who face discrimination torture on a daily basis. Of which Buxton cries. Victoria cries. Anne’s Grove cries. Golden Grove cries. Linden cries. Georgetown cries. The IPADA-G cries. The ABC&EU Ambassadors warned. The American Secratary of State warned. The American VP warned. But PPP of a neo-apartheid dogma, remain deaf to the many cries of inequality, thus in arrogance, commanded the South African Apartheid blueprint, to pompously demand evidence. As a result, the discriminated 50%, like the discriminated Black South African, provided their experiential evidence- Indian communities are being economically segregated from the Black communities. However, that was flatly rejected, with demands for evidence of their neo-apartheid policies, safe in the knowledge, such is secured in Freedom House, beyond the reach of the discriminated many.

Class of 2000

But this if unknown, is now known, the best predictor of future behaviour, is past behaviour. Thus, PPP past behaviour in discriminating Black doctors, shall be brought to eyes blinded. However, this background we must establish, to provide a better insight into our medical studies, which registered 5yrs undergraduate studies, with 2yrs Pre-clinical and 3yrs Clinical. Where the Pre-clinical assessments were of a written format, averaging four credits, while the Clinical, both written and practical, were of disproportionately higher 30 credit, thus lending itself to nefarious manipulation.

For we the class of 2000, like any other class, presented a mixed group, of recognisable high performers, and equally recognisable failures, eg Priya Manickchand’s brother, who having irredeemable failed most of his first year courses, was shown the exit, begging the question, how was he accepted in the first place? Then, there was one of political aristocracy, whose knowledge and understanding were so shockingly elementary, that the cup was frequently called upon to reverse grades.

However, this is known, PPP has a history of discriminating against Black doctors, with aim to ensure they are perennially positioned at the bottom of the professional ladder. Thus, with no exceptions, the unsuspecting many were discriminated through manipulation of our final exams. Which meant, a disproportionate number of high performing Black students, were under-marked or failed. In contrast, to our very eyes, many below average Indians students became Solomon wise overnight, epitomised by the aristocrat. Where the methodology was, provide insider information on the clinical cases, then assign them friendly examiners. However, their devilish scheme was with limitations, for many of the discriminated are now Specialists the world over, while those that benefitted from discrimination, struggle to pass specialist training entry exams, even with the assistance of the Houdini cup.

But revisit we must, our final results day, which saw me anguished in Dr. Emmanuel Cummings Office, in the presence of Mr. Blackman. For Dr. Cummings attempts at consoling were futile, even after months passed, with us both Victoria residents. Then having borne witness to my anguishes, Dr. Cummings reassured on multiple occasions, that he was powerless to intervene. However, with a decade registered, by which time I emigrated to the UK, Dr. Cummings shamelessly displayed his PPP colours. But betrayal is worse than death, which meant his calls from Lancashire University were rejected, before warned to desist further calls, since my response, I shan’t be held responsible.

However, Dr. Robert George having been involved in the examination process, illuminated our grief, with counsel to appeal. But such wasn’t for the poor, which meant only two batchmates took it up, with one seeking legal representation from Joe Harmon. In fact, Mr Joe Harmon was so concerned with that told, that he consulted Dr. Robert George. Thereafter, Dr. Walter Ramsahoye reviewed the examination papers, confirming under-marking, after which the judiciary was engaged, with the case ultimately won. But the University appealed and thereafter the case jacket disappeared, with a similar outcome for the other batchmate. However, with eyes on GPHC, their examinations were paused, with West Demerara Hospital conducting examinations with foreign doctors, the following year.

Neo-Apartheid

Notwithstanding, that described represents a small fraction of the discriminations inflicted by PPP, over those 23yrs. Therefore, these cries of discrimination should be interpreted in the context of a policy, rather than coincidence, of racial discrimination- Apartheid. For GuySuCo received billions while Linmine received nothing. Farmers received billions while Public Sector workers only pittance. PPP communities are being economically segregated from Black communities. Hundreds of Public Sectors workers, predominantly Blacks, were dismissed without due process. State extrajudicial murders are all Blacks, while Indian terrorist were rewarded. For these are too frequent to be put put down to coincidence, in fact they are more consistent with the discriminatory policy of Apartheid.

Thus, like the White Apartheid South Africans, PPP rejected irrefutable evidence on racial discrimination, leading to conclusions that their evidence demands, are simply another SOP smokescreen. Which means, unless their computers are hacked, to retrieve the password secured neo-apartheid policies, the discriminated will have to resign themselves, to only providing the endpoints of PPP racist policies. However, abundantly confident we are, the evidence provided exceeds any threshold for an independent investigation, but then again, that would be asking the turkey to vote for Christmas.
