45-year-old Orlando Charles of Main Street, Georgetown, who is a pilot and businessman appeared before Magistrate Christel Lambert at the Bartica Magistrate’s Court via Zoom, was charged with 16 counts of Trafficking in Persons which occurred between March and May 2023.
He pleaded not guilty to all the charges and was placed on $1.3 million bail.Â
