Attorneys-at-law Khemraj Ramjattan, Roysdale Forde and Mayo Robertson reviewed acting Chief Justice Roxane George-Wiltshire’s decision to throw out Election Petition 88. This petition dealt with the constitutionality of the Election Amendment Act (2000) and by extension Recount Order 60 of 2020. The lawyers have said they would appeal the High Court’s decision
