  • 1 14 Oz Pack Coconut
  • 1 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Food Coloring
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon Mixed Essence
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger Powder
  • Orange Peel
  • Temperature: 375 °F Bake for 8 min (Jannet Ramjan)
