Mocha Learning Pod Leader Morvina Szala Named ‘Pod Leader of the Month’

STEMGuyana’s Learning Pod Leader of the Month has been announced, and it is none other than the exceptional Morvina Szala from the Mocha Learning Pod. Ms. Szala has demonstrated an outstanding level of dedication and leadership, making her a deserving recipient of this recognition.

Ms. Szala began working at the Mocha Learning Pod as a volunteer and quickly transitioned into the role of pod leader. Her leadership style has proven to be highly effective as students attend classes regularly and are noticeably benefiting from her continuous improvement and enthusiasm. Her hard work and dedication have not gone unnoticed, and she has been selected as the Learning Pod Leader of the Month.

STEMGuyana is proud to have Ms. Szala as part of the team and pleased to witness her growth as she continues to work with them to further their mission. The recognition of her dedication and hard work is a testament to her leadership and her commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of the children in her community.

STEMGuyana’s Learning Pod Leader of the Month program is designed to recognize outstanding leadership and dedication among its volunteers and club leaders.
