STEMGuyana’s Learning Pod Leader of the Month has been announced, and it is none other than the exceptional Morvina Szala from the Mocha Learning Pod. Ms. Szala has demonstrated an outstanding level of dedication and leadership, making her a deserving recipient of this recognition.
Ms. Szala began working at the Mocha Learning Pod as a volunteer and quickly transitioned into the role of pod leader. Her leadership style has proven to be highly effective as students attend classes regularly and are noticeably benefiting from her continuous improvement and enthusiasm. Her hard work and dedication have not gone unnoticed, and she has been selected as the Learning Pod Leader of the Month.
Ms. Szala’s commitment to STEMGuyana’s mission is evident in her dedication to the Mocha Learning Pod. She is a medical student at the University of Guyana, and despite her busy schedule, she has managed to make time to work with STEMGuyana to mold the minds of the nation’s children.
