Recipe

  • 3 medium eggs
  • 1/2 cup(s) granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) Grace Evaporated Milk
  • 4 tablespoon(s) white rum
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon(s) vanilla essence

Egg Nog Drink Directions

  1. Whisk eggs until they are thick and lemon coloured.
  2. Add sugar, evaporated milk, white rum, nutmeg and vanilla and blend for 1 minutes.

To Serve: Serve over crushed ice.
