The body of a 23-year-old Guyanese born, Canadian citizen, who had been missing from his Lot 42 Section A, #69 Village residence for the past three days was earlier Thursday morning found burnt to death in Moleson Creek.
Nicholas Jaipaul, arrived in Guyana earlier this year and had been spending time with his grandfather; due to the travel restrictions on the borders he was unable to return to Canada. On Monday morning, the young man’s grandfather, Ramkissoon Jaipaul noticed that his grandson was nowhere to be found after receiving a call from an unknown caller indicating that Jaipaul is with them.

One of the women who was working as a maid for the young man and his Grandfather, Ramkissoon Jaipaul, was arrested while police began their investigation days ago. However the woman’s son was also arrested and admitted to killing Jaipaul and burning his body at a location in Moleson Creek. Major Crimes is currently at the location hoping to have further details on the young man’s death. (More details on this story to follow)
