The EU Election Observation Mission (EU EOM) to Guyana 2025 is seeking proposals, with quotations, from local media professionals to support the promotion of its activities through high-quality photo and video content. The mission intends to reach Guyanese citizens via social media and traditional platforms by using engaging and dynamic media products.

Video Production

The EU EOM intends to produce approximately 10 short videos (each 1–2 minutes) reflecting various aspects of the mission, including:

Ali’s AI Ambitions Outpace Guyana’s Digital Readiness

Profiles of Guyanese civil society actors involved in election or democracy efforts (3 videos)
Stories of Long-Term Observers (LTOs) and their work in the field (2 videos)
Coverage of the EU EOM Chief Observer’s visit and Election Day (1 video)
Vox pops with public testimonies and short “explainer” responses from mission members (2 videos)
Video summary of preliminary findings and the EU EOM’s mandate (2 videos)

All videos should be produced in an engaging and dynamic style, suitable for social media. Subtitles in English will be required. Animation support for 1–2 short explainers (e.g., cartoons or stylized slides) would be a bonus.

Photography Services

We require approximately 200 professionally edited photographs:

Coverage of EU/EOM events and press conferences
Fieldwork of LTOs
Election Day activities
Portraits and close-ups that tell human-interest stories

The provider must deliver high-resolution images, edited, and ready for social media and website use.

Estimated Budget

Proposals should include a clear quotation of the cost of the services provided. Proposals are welcome from those who can provide both photography and video, or only one of the two. If submitting a proposal for both options, please provide a detailed price breakdown per deliverable.
