Nominations are open until February 2, 2025, and entries can be submitted online at  https://bit.ly/25IWLANomination2025, or through our social media channels on Facebook, Instagram, and  LinkedIn.

This programme builds on a legacy of empowering women leaders across diverse sectors, including  education, healthcare, business, and social services. Its mission is to celebrate not only professional success  but also community upliftment and sustainable change.

“This initiative highlights the remarkable achievements of women whose contributions inspire others to lead  with vision and purpose. We are proud to provide a platform that honours transformative leadership while  encouraging ongoing empowerment,” said Michelle A. Nicholas, Co-creator of the 25 Influential Women  Leaders Award and Founder/CEO of The NICO Consulting.

“This award is more than a celebration; it’s a movement to honor the trailblazers, visionaries, and change makers who redefine excellence and inspire the next generation. This is our opportunity to amplify the  voices of phenomenal women whose stories inspire action and resilience,” Co-Creator, Lyndell Danzie Black emphasized. “Nominate the leaders who challenge the norm, break barriers, and spark progress in  every corner of society.”

Nominees will be evaluated on criteria such as professional achievements, commitment to community  development, and alignment with the principles of transformative leadership. Awardees will join a  distinguished network of honourees, gaining access to exclusive opportunities such as the Women’s  Leadership Programme.
