Attorney-at-law Nigel Hughes was just declared the new Leader of the Alliance For Change (AFC) at its Conference today. His challenger was the party General Secretary ,Sherrod Duncan.

Returning Officers for the elections were Christopher Ram and Trevor Benn.

The results are: Hughes 149 votes. Duncan 62

In a post on his Facebook Page Hughes thanked the ancestors, sisters, brothers, friends, fellow citizens and even frenemies.
