His Excellency President Ali is representing PPPC which since January 1, 1950, is a Marxist-Leninist Party by their Constitution to currently. Now in its 73rd Year.   PPP is the Government in Guyana for 25 + 3 + 2 = 30 Years.  Last two years PPPC with USD Billions in OIL Revenues, yet 41.2 % Guyanese live in poverty, as reported in Inter Development Bank (IDB) and many Guyanese unable to eat TWO meals daily, whilst the PPPC cabal and their families, friends and favorites are lavishly feasting daily with THREE Meals, High Teas, and Cocktails; driving around in very expensive Range Rovers, Mercedes and Lamborghinis with SIRENS; celebrating the new year 2023 at lavish “gilded” parties from their social media pictures.

AFC Leader Hon. Khemraj Ramjattan, said “Parliamentary Select Committees are greatly reduced and consequently avoiding scrutiny; Parliamentary Speaker suspends Opposition MPs with loss of pay, and tolerates PPP MPs for similar infractions; CAESARISM in practice and conduct by the Vice President with SUGATE and big businesses close relationships with huge billion dollars’ contracts, for Private profit, over the wellbeing of the majority.”

While we communicate on PPPC excesses, abuse and injustices, we must remember to keep in mind daily, the need for healing and reconciliation of Guyana, for the benefit of ALL, and not revenues, assistances and contracts to mainly, the Government’s 50% of the population and its supporters, with ONE SEAT Majority in Parliament, and CHOSEN Foreign Contractors, the majority of which is from China which the World and Sri Lanka recently learned through RIOTS on corrupt practices with its catastrophic effects. SU GATE showed the Guyana connection to corruption by a very high official, with NO announced corrective remedial action from His Excellency President Ali.

Overall, the PPPC Government must address the ongoing issues of DIVISIVENESS, OUTCAST and MARGINALIZATION of the Guyanese people. Some say PPP stands for Plenty Poverty Persists.

AL JAZEERA INTERVIEW: President Ali’s HALF TRUTHS

His Excellency President Mohamed Irfaan Ali started the interview with a good voice, sincerity, and accuracies, then later the tone became “high pitched with vocal variety” which reflected his inner self doubts of what he was communicating, which can be confirmed by language and public speaking experts, including from Toastmasters International where members and graduates are trained for critical constructive evaluations of speeches and presentations.

President Ali, as a WJPC Alumnus, Washington, DC, needs to remember, what he says and does, are being daily evaluated by many WJPC Global Graduates, six of whom, are in Guyana from among PPP, PNC, and the AFC; and including the many agencies of the USA Government. This was told to the writer on the 2nd day of January, this new year.

In the Al Jazeera interview, Senior Correspondent JOHN HENDREN, MSc (Journalism, Northwestern University) and MSc (History & Public Policy U of CA at Santa Barbara), with work at the WHITE HOUSE and PENTAGON said, “Transparency Institute person in Georgetown said, “The AVERAGE GUYANESE IS NOT FEELING THE BENEFITS”.  This a VERY TRUE Comment and the LIVED experiences of many in all 10 Regions of Guyana. Am daily receiving these reports. At His Excellency President Ali’s visits to villages, towns, and regions, he is being told, what he wants to hear, and is missing the many sufferings of Guyanese.

While serving as Guyana’s Ambassador to Kuwait, FIRST Alternate Governor of Islamic Development Bank, and Deputy Chairman of GO-Invest, enjoyed and continues to maintain personal relationships with GCC Ruling Families in Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman and Bahrain, and we are in touch, daily or weekly or Fridays Jummah, or for Islamic Holidays, so it is incumbent for me to respond to 15 items, relating to His Excellency President Ali, comments to Al Jazeera, which will be widely viewed in the Arab World and Globally, with my comments, herein, which will be sent to the GCC Ruling Families and 347 contacts in 108 Countries in my “back channels” Global circles, and to AL Jazeera in Doha, QATAR and Chicago, USA.

  1. HEALTH CARE: Coalition Government started improvement and secured a portable hospital for COVID, from Qatar. Health Care in oil rich Guyana, is a human right. There are pharmaceutical shortages, avoidable deaths at the hospitals, shortages of beds, poor sanitary conditions at public hospitals, etc. Wealthy persons and PPPC Leaders do not go to the Public Hospitals; they go to the Private Hospitals or Overseas for their healthcare.
  2. DIALYSIS Assistances: Dialysis treatment for persons with chronic kidney disease, started in March 2022, providing GY $600,000 annually (USD $3,000:) per patient. A needed assistance, BUT annual AVERAGE treatment is around GY $1,800,000: (USD $9,000:) Average life expectancy on dialysis is 5-10 years, however, many patients have lived well on dialysis for 20 or even 30 years.
  1. CHILD TRANSPORTATION GRANT: July 2022, the Government ‘Because We Care’ grant is valued GY $25,000 and the school uniform voucher is valued GY $5,000, meaning that a total of GY $30,000 would go to each child. = USD $150: With Guyana’s Inflation Rate at 7% but, it is 14% + in real life. An assistance but much less than what was provided by the Coalition, Government of President David Granger’s Boats, Buses, Bicycles plus Breakfast and Books (‘Five Bs’) program, which were much more with distribution to ALL.
  1. OLD AGE PENSION: 2022 Increase old age pension from GY $25,000: (USD $125:) to GY $28,000: (USD $140) monthly, for 5,000 senior citizens. Equivalent to a 12% Increase, with Guyana’s Inflation Rate at 7% but it is 14% + in real life. VERY SAD, for these senior citizens.
  1. ROADS: Yes, But the source of major corruptions in the awarding of contracts by Central Government and Regional Executive Offices, to families, friends, favorites, and in Berbice to ministers’ families. Most roads are made with very poor construction materials. Within weeks these roads are breaking, falling apart, repaired, and deteriorating at a faster rate, huge overruns, over budget and redoes are all constant.https://demerarawaves.com/2022/12/30/guyana-mulls-buying-stone-from-canada/With all the incentives given to miners and new quarry licenses issued to friends, family, and favorites, still this nonsense about importing from Canada. Corruption, corruption, corruption!
  1. NEW LAND for AGRICULTURE & HOUSE LOTS: Commendable, deserving, and overdue, BUT, the selection, awarding and QUITE PREFERENCES for PPP “Indo Guyanese” supporter, to receive these lots, are alarming and DO NOT assist in the healing, reconciliation, and fair treatment to all races. My recommendation is for in 2023 these facilities, offers and benefits MUST be according to the percentages of the Guyanese population, in the cities.

UN ESTIMATE July 2023 at 813, 834. City Population Georgetown 235,017; Linden 44,690; New Amsterdam 35,039; Anna Regina 12,448; Bartica 11,157; Skeldon 5,859; Rosignol 5,782; Mahaica Village 4,867; Mahdia 4,200; and Parika 4,081 Guyana Population 2023 (Live)          Guyana Population 2023 (Live) (worldpopulationreview.com)

  1. 50, 000 HOUSE LOTS by END OF FIRST TERM IN 2025:  Very commendable BUT fairness in distribution, allocation and support is missing to date. These should be according to the NEEDS in the Cities by the Populations stated above. Building materials and support services are STEERED to know PPP Families, Friends, and Favorites, at HIGHER COSTS than available elsewhere. This amounts to a MONOPOLY with HIGH PRICES being paid by Guyanese who cannot afford these startup costs.

We can imagine what will occur in the servicing costs, paying mortgages and interest and the continuing regular maintenance. What about the University of Guyana, Teachers, and Civil Servants, with their LOW SALARIES, and PAYE Taxes deducted monthly, and paid over promptly to run the Government?  Whilst most small, medium and some large businesses owned by Indo Guyanese, operate on a CASH BASIS with no taxes being paid to GRA and other taxing authorities. When will the nation receive an Annual report as to who is paying the taxes?   This is another case of PPP preferences to their supporters in place of fairness to all.

  1. 20, 000 Scholarships: via GOAL: Commendable effort. BUT why not through University of Guyana now in its 60Th. Year?

Globally Universities DISSERTATIONS are for Global Public Knowledge and easily available at sites such as Pro Quest LLC, Dissertation Services, Michigan, USA.

“ Design and Development of an Integrated Land Management Model in Guyana.”

“Design and Development of an Integrated Land Management Model in Guyana.”

Ali, Mohamed Irfaan, DISSERTATION, is not PUBLICLY available and the President should have this on his OPM website.

Irfaan Ali accused of academic fraud – Kaieteur News (kaieteurnewsonline.com)

” Now, Ali is making more rounds in the media as documents suggest he may have used a fraudulent transcript to pursue a master’s degree program at an Indian University.

A dossier containing, among other things, nine of Ali’s academic certificates has been handed to this newspaper.

Information suggests that Ali secured his masters on the basis of a first degree from a University that did not even exist.”

DO NOT CHEAT: It is not advisable for someone to write your dissertation. It is not worth the risk, and the dissertation is meant to be your chance to let your skills shine through. Forensic analysis in writing styles of the candidate will establish FAKE dissertations written by others.
