The race for Caribbean club football supremacy will resume in October with four teams advancing to the semifinals of the 2026 Concacaf Caribbean Cup.
Haiti’s Violette AC, Trinidad and Tobago’s Club Sando FC and Jamaican clubs Mount Pleasant FA and Portmore United FC secured places in the final four following the completion of the group stage on September 17.
The semifinal pairings have now been confirmed, with Portmore United drawn against Violette AC and Mount Pleasant set to face Club Sando.
The first legs are scheduled for October 13 and 14.
Portmore United will host Violette AC at Sabina Park in Kingston on Tuesday, October 13, while Club Sando will host Mount Pleasant FA at the Hasely Crawford Stadium in Port of Spain on Wednesday, October 14.
The return legs are scheduled for October 20 and 22.
Violette AC will host Portmore United on October 20, while Mount Pleasant will host Club Sando two days later.
The semifinals will be contested over two legs, with the teams seeking not only a place in the Caribbean Cup final but also access to the region’s premier club competition.
Three places in the 2027 Concacaf Champions Cup are available through the Caribbean Cup.
The competition began its group stage on August 4, with 10 clubs divided into two groups of five. Each club played four matches before the top two teams from each group advanced to the knockout stage.
The semifinalists now represent three Caribbean football nations, with Jamaica supplying two of the remaining four clubs.
The eventual winner will be crowned Caribbean club champion after the conclusion of the final series later in October.
