Global Tours and Travel (GlobalTT-Guyana), led by Chief Executive Officer Waynewright Orderson, has been honored with the prestigious Global Piton Award presented by the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority (SLTA).
The award recognizes the world’s top-performing Saint Lucia Expert (SLEx) travel advisors and agencies that generate outstanding tourism business for Saint Lucia, including leisure travel, honeymoons, destination weddings, and romantic getaways. Winners are selected from major markets across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, and the Caribbean.
GlobalTT-Guyana emerged as Guyana’s top-producing travel company for Saint Lucia, surpassing all other local travel agencies and advisors. The achievement reflects the company’s success in promoting the destination through its comprehensive, end-to-end vacation packages tailored for solo travelers, couples, families, groups, honeymooners, and the growing expatriate community in Guyana.
Accepting the honor, Orderson described the award as a testament to the confidence of the company’s clients, the dedication of its team, and the strength of its partnership with Saint Lucia.
