Sunbeam Career Development has introduced its Career Launch Pad WhatsApp Subscription Group, created to support young entrepreneurs. The group will assist job seekers in discovering opportunities faster, build confidence, and gain practical guidance to navigate the professional world of work.

As part of the pilot programme, the first 100 participants will enjoy one month of free access. Members will receive curated job leads, weekly skill-building challenges, and actionable career tips, all conveniently shared via WhatsApp.

This new initiative is designed to offer ongoing support and career-focused insights for individuals ready to take the next step in their professional journey. Don’t miss your chance to connect, grow, and land your next job with Sunbeam’s Career Launch Pad.

When asked why she launched such a programme, Elon Alonzo, Founder of Sunbeam Career Development, said, “ When we launched the Career Launchpad WhatsApp Subscription Group, our primary aim was to create a community of career-driven professionals who are actively seeking employment and desire the accountability, resources, and guidance needed to achieve their goals. Too often, career development, particularly job searching, is approached in isolation and without a strategic plan.

The Career Launchpad group addresses this gap by providing members with continuous support, structure, and relevant insights. Through this platform, subscribers gain access to career tips, job opportunities, workshops, accountability challenges, and a network that fosters ongoing career growth and professional development. Ultimately, the group transforms job seeking from a solitary process into a collaborative and empowering journey, positioning career development as a continuous pursuit of excellence and achievement.”
