Spice Wings with Simply Orange

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Simply Orange
  • 2 tbsp grated orange zest
  • 6 cloves minced garlic
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 4 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 diced green onion
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions:

  • Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Combine Simply Orange with the orange zest, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add chicken wings and toss to coat.
  • Arrange wings in a single layer on two large baking sheets. Spoon some of the Simply Orange mixture over them.
  • Bake for 20 minutes. Turn the wings over and baste them with the rest of the Simply Orange mixture. Cook until perfect. (About 10 more minutes)
  • (Optional) Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
