  • I used Bachan’s Original Japanese BBQ Sauce, which went viral on TikTok. But you can use any Asian-style barbecue sauce.
  • The thickness of your pork chops will affect cooking time.
  • Let the pork chops rest before slicing so they stay juicy.
  • If you don’t want to grill, use a cast iron skillet, indoor grill or grill pan.

Here’s how to make it:

  1. Season the pork chops with salt and black pepper, to taste.
  2. Heat the grill to medium-high. Add the pork chops and cook until seared on one side and about halfway cooked through, about 4 to 5 minutes.
  3. Flip the pork chops over and continue to cook, basting with the barbecue sauce and flipping often, until pork is cooked through (145 degrees F internal temperature on a meat thermometer).
  4. Flip the pork chops over and continue to cook, basting with the barbecue sauce and flipping often, until pork is cooked through (145 degrees F internal temperature on a meat thermometer). (30seconds).
