I’ve had the pleasure of working closely with him during our overseas trips at conferences, and it was evident that he is a true champion for the people and their needs. His commitment to transparency, inclusivity, and progress has undoubtedly fueled the growth and development of Chaguanas.

I would also like to extend a special thanks to the outgoing Mayor Alderman Joel Martinez, former Mayor of Port of Spain, TrinidadandTobago.
