When asked why he started this organisation, Joshua told this publication, “The ultimate aim of this organisation is to direct people to their purpose and destiny. This is where they have a job aligned to their dreams and goals or if they simply want employment.”

Joshua stated that potential employees will have to submit their CVs to his agency, sit in a five-minute interview, and pay a fee of $5000 and then Purpose Employment Agency will connect them to potential employers. The agency can also find jobs for independent workers.

The employers will then be able to pick a suitable candidate from the list of CVs submitted.

The agency works on a subscription basis. Businesses who constantly hire, can subscribe. In that subscription, they can request for a specific career, and they will be provided with such.

For potential employees, who subscribe and do not get a call from a prospective employer or are employed within 7 days, their subscription fee ($5000) will be refunded.

For persons interested in the service offered by this agency, can connect with them via call/WhatsApp: +592 625 1112 and email:purposeeagy@gmail.com.
