She is a 76-year-old tourist, of a geriatric disposition, which means for all intents and purposes, she is too toothless for toys boys. In contrast, he’s 24 years, of generation Z, which means he is of heart stopping energies. However, despite their variances, she desires his youthful body, whilst he craves what she has—Tourist dollars. Thus, from a mutually lustful need, a macabre Caribbean prostitution affair was had—Rent-a-Dread.

He is a 59-year-old skeletonise fossil, which means for all intents and purposes, has passed his best by date. In contrast, he is a newbie, of the naive generation X. However, despite their dissimilarities, the skeletonise fossil yearns him, whilst he covets what the skeletonise fossil has—Dollars. Thus, from this mutual lustful need, a macabre political prostitution affair was had.

Malcolm Ferreira

Thenceforth, of love anew, with hands held, into each other’s eyes they gazed, Bharrat Jagdeo and his newly paid for Rent-a-Dread, Malcolm Ferreira. But their incestuous affair, delivered many gasps, for the theory is, dreads don’t roll that way. However, this dread is different. Very different. For he has needs. Needs that the skeletonise fossil could satisfy. Needs that beg the question—What compulsion this newbie has, that drove him into this affair, most dastardly abominable? Thus, confronted with a question of such blasphemous underpinnings, into this Rasta’s backstory we delve, to better understand why he disregarded each and every “Thou shall not.”

For Malcolm Ryan Ferreira, a former independent counsellor, once lived in Turks and Caicos, the World capital of Rent-a-Dread. Where during his inauspicious tenure, the former Mayor, Patricia Chase-Green, championed the burdensome Parking Meter. But the parking meter was predetermined to be oppressive, of which Patricia Chase-Green cared less, since it was allegedly designed to be her million dollar cash cow.

However, this was a tragic miscalculation by her, against which the citizenry had many city protests. Therefore, facing overwhelming resistance, the parking meter scheme was brought under review, in which Malcolm Ferreira, part of the review team, offered his support. But in supporting the onerous parking meter, Malcolm Ferreira conflicted with his supposed advocacy for the economically deprived. As a result, the APNU+AFC Government intervened, to unburden the citizenry of the oppressive parking meter. Thus, with the APNU+AFC intervention, Patricia Chase-Green and Malcolm Ferreira were denied their burdensome multi million dollars parking meeting cash-cow.

Mark’s take

And for this reason, Malcolm Ferreira-PPP relationship we appraise, to better understand motives, whilst ascertaining, if he’ll be an asset to the fraudulently corrupt PPP. However, this is evidenced, the best barometer of future performance, is past performances. But of his past performances, Malcolm Ferreira was at best a colossal failure, to both City and Constituency.

For he spoke ad nauseam of his working-class background, and his inseparable affiliation to Albouystown. Yet he championed a parking meter, that would’ve been burdensome to them, since most, if not all, commute by minibus. Which means, if minibuses parking fees were introduced, the additional cost would’ve been transferred to the already financially struggling citizenry. Thus, this inquiry—Malcolm Ferreira, is that your advocacy for the people of Albouystown?

But further it goes—For over 26 years PPP has been ruthlessly discriminating against the citizenry of Albouystown. Yet despite this naked discrimination, Malcolm Ferreira would speak of PPP transformative development, albeit he would struggle to evidence one such development in his Constituency of Albouystown. In fact, this can’t be stated often enough—There’s no development in Albouystown.

Absolutely none! The citizenry of Albouystown remain severely impoverished. They face continued discrimination from PPP. Their sewages are permanently blocked, overflowing into massive potholed roads. They’ve been abandoned by Malcolm Ferreira, thus forced to dump their garbage on the sidewalks. Their buildings are dilapidated, at risk to both lives and limbs. They continue to be criminalised by PPP. They continue to be burdened by unemployment and much more. Therefore, we query, where is the development Malcolm Ferreira? Where is this Albouystown development that gravitated you to PPP?

Thus, for the questions posed, this most sacrilegious postulation—Not dissimilar to the tourist destination Rent-a-Dread young men, prostituting their bodies to geriatrics, Malcolm Ferreira is just another Rent-a-Dread, who politically prostituted himself to PPP. For he careless about Albouystown citizenry. Careless about Georgetown citizenry. Careless about the Afro-Guyanese plight. Careless about PPP racist record. However, this is what Rent-a-Dread Malcolm cares for—DOLLARS. Only dollars, and NOT YOU. Therefore, your vote he shouldn’t have.
