Release. Region Three (3) is home to a developing oil and gas shore base facility, which has led to a new wave of economic activity in the region. In response to this growth, ActionINVEST Caribbean Inc. (ACI) has invested resources for over six (6) months in developing strategies, and the level of competence of business owners in the region.
