Former Mayor Pt. Ubraj Narine, esteemed for his visionary leadership and commitment to urban development, actively participated in the City-Led Integration Forum held in Barranquilla, Colombia. The conference aimed to foster international cooperation and knowledge sharing among city leaders, policymakers, and urban development practitioners.
