Rohee replaces Shadick as PPP-Nominated commissioner on GECOM

With the passing of People’s Progressive Party/Civic (PPP/C)-nominated Commissioner on the Guyana Elections Commission (GECOM), Bibi S. Shadick on Saturday, Clement Rohee, this morning, was sworn in as her replacement.

Rohee has a long relationship with the PPP/C and served in various ministerial capacities, in all previous administrations from 1992 to 2015, and also served as Member of Parliament.
