Toddler drowns in bucket at Charity

The Alexander family of Charity Squatting area in Region Two is mourning the death of their three-year-old girl who allegedly drowned in a 4-gallon bucket water.

Dead is Sitana Alexander of Charity. The incident reportedly occurred around 10:53 hours. According to information reaching the Village Voice mother of the child, Vanessa Alexander left the toddler in the house and went to wash her clothes. On returning she did not see her daughter. After enquiring she discovered her child’s lifeless body in a four-gallon bucket with water. The child’s body was removed from the bucket of water and taken to the Charity Hospital where a doctor pronounced her dead. The body was then taken to the Suddie Public Hospital awaiting a post mortem examination. Investigations into the alleged drowning continue.
