Enquiries disclosed that the suspects and one of the victims, Gurdat Jairman called ‘Fat Boy’, age 29 years of 135 Unity Mahaica have an ongoing dispute.

The said victim was charged in February 2022 for discharging a loaded firearm at one of the suspects, where no evidence was offered in Court.

In the process of doing this, one of the suspects went into Surajdeo Nandan’s home who was at the time in his bed and stabbed him.

The police were summoned and three suspects were arrested. The victim who received his injury was taken to the Mahaicony Cottage Hospital where he was treated and discharged.

Several persons were questioned, statements taken and scene photographed. Investigation in progress. Reported to police on 2022-04-19 at about 00:45 hrs.
