Recipe | Breadfruit Punch

Ingredients

½ small mature breadfruit (cut in chunks)

Spicy Mushroom and Tofu Mazemen

3-4 cups water

1-2 cups milk (any kind)

1 small supligen (optional)

½ bottle stout {Guinness, dragon, malta (optional)}

½ tsp salt

½ tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract

¼ tsp nutmeg (liquid or grated)

Sugar/honey to taste

Directions

  1. Bring water to boil, add salt and breadfruit chunks and let boil for another 5 minutes. Remove from flame and allow to cool. Transfer breadfruit chunks to a blender, adding the milk, supligen, stout and spices.
  2. Blend to a smooth consistency, strain (optional) and sweeten to your taste.
  3. Place punch in refrigerator until cool and serve over ice.
