Speaking at the event on Wednesday, Minister Ramson expressed satisfaction with the development of Mashramani over the past three years, while calling for greater private sector investment in the national celebrations.

He urged businesses to play a more meaningful role in supporting the festivities, warning that the government may be forced to take a firmer stance on future engagements if adequate support is not made available.

Minister within the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sport, Steven Jacobs, outlined several changes aimed at enhancing the Mashramani experience.
