The DISTORTION of HISTORY by Europeans has been a pervasive issue, often reflecting BIASES, AGENDA, or a Eurocentric perspective.   This has led to the marginalization or erasure of non-European Cultures, Histories, and Contributions.
Examples include the downplaying of colonial atrocities, the glorification of imperialism, and the omission of AFRICAN, ASIA, ARABIC, and INDIGINEOUS ACHIEVEMENTS.
Such DISTORTIONS PERPETUATE STERETYPE, reinforce power imbalances, and hinder a nuanced understanding of THE PAST   IT IS essential to C RITICALLY EVALUATE HISTORICAL NARATIVES and AMPLIFY DIVERSE VOICES to construct A MORE ACCURATE and INCLUSIVE representation of GLOBAL HISTORY.

1. Ancient Mathematics – Bones That Count
Discovered near the South Africa-Eswatini border, the Lebombo Bone (35,000 years old) and the Ishango Bone (from DRC, 20,000 BC) are among the earliest known mathematical tools—proof of Africa’s foundational role in numeracy.
