Caribbean Airlines Introduces Digital Gift Cards

Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, June 24, 2026: Caribbean Airlines has introduced a new Digital Gift Card programme, providing customers with an additional payment and gifting option for travel across the airline’s network.

Available from June 24, 2026, the digital gift cards may be purchased through Caribbean Airlines’ website giftcards.caribbean-airlines.com and redeemed towards the purchase of eligible Caribbean Airlines tickets and other services such as extra baggage, pre-order meals and preferred seating.

The introduction of digital gift cards forms part of the airline’s ongoing efforts to enhance customer convenience and provide greater flexibility in how customers plan, manage and pay for travel.

Caribbean Airlines Chief Executive Officer (Ag.), Varma Khillawan, stated: “We are continuously looking for ways to enhance customer experience and make travel more convenient. The introduction of digital gift cards provides customers with a practical and flexible way to support travel for themselves or others, whether for special occasions, family visits, business travel or future travel planning.”

The digital gift cards are delivered electronically via email and can be redeemed online, through the airline’s Reservations Call Centre and Airport & City Ticket Offices.

Customers will also have the ability to store and manage multiple gift cards and travel vouchers through a digital wallet functionality.

The gift cards will be available year-round and can support a range of travel needs, including personal gifting, corporate incentives and special occasions. Additional information, including terms and conditions, denominations and redemption details, is available via giftcards.caribbean-airlines.com
