The commemorative events include a church service on Sunday May 31, 2026, a Grand Gala on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at 7 P.M, at Da Mikelle Palazzo 69-02 Garfield Ave, Woodside, Queens, NY 11377 and the Guyana Independence Parade will be on Sunday, June 7, 2026, in Brooklyn.
