Schoolbell.net, a global education discovery and rankings platform, today announced the publication of its 2026 rankings for the 10 best primary schools in Guyana. This list highlights institutions recognized across the nation based on their academic prestige and ability to produce top-performing students in the National Grade Six Assessment (NGSA).

The annual ranking evaluates primary schools in Guyana—foundational institutions offering structured teaching in core subjects and essential skills—ranked specifically by the number of students who placed in the top 1% of the 2024 NGSA. A higher concentration of top-tier performers suggests a strong academic environment and a proven track record of preparing students for the country’s most elite secondary schools.
