The Guyana Office for Investment (GO-Invest) has been successfully recertified under the internationally recognised ISO 9001 Quality Management Standard, reaffirming its commitment to high service standards, transparency, and efficiency.

In a statement dated December 31, 2025, GO-Invest said it was first certified in 2022 and has since maintained rigorous quality management practices. The recertification, the agency noted, confirms its status as a world-class investment promotion body focused on excellence in service delivery.

Chief Investment Officer and Agency Head, Peter Ramsaroop, MP, said the achievement reflects the administration’s expectations for public service.

GO-Invest said the recertification will be formally recognised at a ceremony to be held at a later date, with government officials, members of the business community, media representatives, and international partners expected to attend.

According to the agency, the renewed certification reflects several operational improvements, including reduced processing times for investor services, enhanced transparency, and greater digitisation of internal workflows. It also highlighted the deployment of the Interactive Digital Investment Assistant (IDIA), an AI-driven, real-time guidance platform designed to support investor inquiries and engagement.

In addition, GO-Invest said it has implemented a modern Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system aimed at streamlining communication and improving investor onboarding.

The agency said the ISO 9001 recertification strengthens investor confidence and reinforces Guyana’s position as a competitive and trusted destination for global investment, in keeping with international best practices.
