JTW Management Institute, a leading Training School in Guyana, is holding its 5th Annual Human Resource Conference at the Herdmanston Lodge on November 8, 2025. This year the event starts at 2pm and goes to 8m. A networking session is built into the event this year, based on requests by previous participants. The conference addresses a most topical and exciting issue that is trending in the world today: Technology and Human Resource Management. Conference Chair, Ms Joycelyn Williams noting that technological advances drive progress and productivity, determined that with artificial intelligence and digital approaches to work being hot topics, the obvious conversation for the seminar was selected.

JTW’s human resource conference is now in its 5th year and it’s Georgetown’s most interesting meeting of people managers. It’s our annual event where meaningful connections are made, new ideas and actionable insights are gained, so that people managers add more value to their organisations after attending our conference. We focus on innovative and cutting- edge ideas and solutions.
