Centre for International and Border Studies (CIBS) to hold panel discussion on October 8,2025.

The Centre for International and Border Studies (CIBS) – Guyana  is an autonomous think-tank group which comprises of academics ,professionals and practitioners from Latin America and the Caribbean , The United States, Asia and Africa . As part of its agenda , CIBS has focused on the dissemination of informed analysis on contemporary issues impacting the global and regional communities .In recent weeks, many important events have taken place in the Southern Caribbean which have raised significant interest and concern in relation to the security and stability of the region. Against this background ,CIBS will hold a panel presentation on the theme : “Contextualizing the Recent Events in the Southern Caribbean: Perspectives from the Region”.
