On Sunday, September 21, 2025, the Noble Recruitment Drive arrives at the Market Tarmac in Parika, offering a rare opportunity for young talent to step directly into the world of offshore careers.

El Dorado Offshore, serving as the official recruitment partner, invites attendees to take part in this one-day experience designed to connect them with real opportunities, real employers, and a real path forward. The drive signals a decisive moment for individuals looking to launch or elevate their journey in the offshore industry.

From 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., participants will have the chance to engage with recruitment teams, submit their resumes, complete on-site interviews, and receive guidance on job openings within Guyana’s rapidly growing offshore sector. The event also opens the door to the Marine Cadet Scholarship Program 2026, giving eligible applicants the opportunity to begin the process of becoming internationally certified Marine Officers.

Representatives from Noble, EDO, and MATPAL Marine Institute will be on-site to support, inform, and connect with attendees who are ready to move forward with clarity and purpose.

Applicants are asked to bring a valid government-issued ID, printed copies of their resume, and to arrive professionally dressed. The venue, located at the Market Tarmac in Parika (near the Stelling), will be open to all qualified candidates ready to make the next move in their careers.

This initiative continues to build the foundation for a national talent pipeline, one built on discipline, opportunity, and ambition. It is a step toward preparing our citizens for the responsibilities and rewards of a high-performing offshore workforce.
