The Parade starts at Church & Brooklyn Avenues in Brooklyn at 12 p.m. (noon), and will proceed east on Church Ave to Utica Ave, and south on Utica Ave to Glenwood Road, where it ends. Independence concert will commence at 2:00 P.M at the enclosure at 1450 Utica Avenue.
