Growing up in the small, close-knit community of Ituni, Theodel had limited resources but an abundance of potential. With a solid academic foundation built during his nursery and primary school years, he attended Mackenzie High School, where his passion for learning flourished. Today, he proudly holds the title of third-degree holder among his siblings, a testament to his dedication and drive.

After high school, his journey led him to Georgetown, where he pursued higher education and a professional career. Starting as an account clerk at a prominent insurance company, he gained valuable insights into the financial world. Later, he joined a leading BPO company, climbing the ranks to his current role as a senior supervisor. His ability to inspire and motivate others is a hallmark of his professional success.

His university journey began during the pandemic, bringing unique challenges. Virtual learning replaced physical classrooms, testing his optimism and adaptability. Yet, with unwavering support from family and colleagues, he persevered.

One of his greatest challenges was selecting a major. Torn between his interests in entrepreneurship, management, marketing, and finance, he initially pursued a degree in Management. However, in his third year, he pivoted to Finance, seeking a path that better aligned with her passions and long-term goals. Despite moments of self-doubt, he graduated with distinction, his Bachelor’s in Finance serving as a launchpad for a promising future.

His advice to others? Approach university with an open mind, determination, and discipline. Surround yourself with a supportive network and embrace friendly competition to stay motivated. For him, this combination proved invaluable, and he now stands as a shining example of resilience and ambition.
