CARICOM’s Shameful Silence as Cuba Stands in the Storm

Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Social Media and GLOBAL attention are DAILY SEEN by VIEWERS at IN THE RING, POLITICS 101, APNU, AFC, and Straight UP, Social Media Programs.

On Feb. 7, 1926, Carter G. Woodson, initiated the first celebration of Negro History Week which led to Black History Month, to extend and deepen the study and scholarship on African American history, all year long.

William Tucker, son of indentured servants from Great Britain, was the first recorded African child to be born in the colonies in 1624. Vermont was the first colony to ban slavery in 1777. In the 1770s, a Quaker named Anthony Benezet created the first school for African American children.

African Americans, also known as Black Americans or Afro-Americans, are an ethnic group consisting of Americans with partial or total ancestry from any of the Black racial groups of Africa. African Americans constitute the third largest racial or ethnic group in the U.S. after White Americans and Hispanic and Latino Americans. The term “African American” generally denotes descendants of Africans enslaved in the United States.

With the Renewed Assurances of my Highest Consideration.
