The People’s National Congress Reform (PNCR) has announced the passing of former General Secretary Oscar Clarke CCH. Clarke, who died today, served in the Forbes Burnham and Desmond Hoyte governments as a minister and diplomat. He served as Party General Secretary under Robert Corbin and David Granger’s leadership.

The Party in a statement, on its facebook page, said it is saddened by the loss of a stalwart and loving member, whose passing has left a void that “can never be filled.”
