On his arrival in Guyana, he was escorted to the Guyana Police Force’s Criminal Investigation Department (CID) Headquarters in Georgetown where, according to Crime Chief Wendell Blanhum, he confessed to investigators that he killed Shonette Dover.

Police said ‘Iswe’ confessed to investigators that he killed Dover, and then disposed of her body in a shallow grave.

Dover also implicated the sister of Dover in that she assisted in the disposal of her body in a shallow grave.
