PPP smokescreens

It’s almost on a daily basis, we have been painfully registering our concerns with PPP, about their pervasive discrimination and victimisation. But rather than addressing our concerns, as an installed Government should, they arrogantly demanded that we provide evidence, to support our case.  And when we provided irrefutable evidence, such was dismissed, without much of a cursory examination. As a result, confronted with an arrogantly uncaring PPP, we were forced external, to articulate our discriminatory concerns to a US Delegation.

And it was this US Delegation, led by Dawkins-Haigler, that raised our concerns with Irfaan Ali, a university dropout and installed President. But Ali and in extension PPP, have demonstrated zero interest in listening to, or addressing the allegations being posed. For Dawkins-Haigler raised issues of discrimination and victimisation, yet the dancing buffoon was of this inexplicably nonsensical and off-topic response.

“I proceeded to send to her [Dawkins-Haigler] every single report; the Commission of Inquiry into the elections, the EU report, the CARICOM report, the OAS report, and the communication went blank. I then invited her to examine our three branches of government, to examine our house lot allocation programme and she then told me that this seems to be like the problem they face in the United States, of propaganda and mistrust, but she never corrected that press statement, which I found to be very dishonourable.”

Now having read Ali’s asinine response, we the masses are perplexed, how these election reports, which he has shared with Dawkins-Haigler, would illuminate the discrimination and victimisation question. For these election reports which he brainlessly shared, were centred on the contentious 2020 elections, thus lack evidentiary value to support or repudiate, discrimination or victimisation. Therefore, the conclusion has to be drawn, that Ali, who displays a toddler level IQ, has little appetite for addressing the concerning allegations.

Notwithstanding, the election reports speak to our most contentious election, which on a recount, brought to the fore, many PPP illegalities. Many PPP illegalities, which included thousands of dead voters, along with overseas voters who voted, despite being geolocated outside of Guyana. Further, and most disturbingly, the recount process identified 49 ballot boxes, in PPP strongholds, without the statutory electoral documents.

Thus, from the aforestated, it has to be said, these election reports the dancing buffoon shared with the US Delegation, are of no evidentiary value, in answering the discrimination and victimisation question. Therefore, it has to be concluded, the sole purpose they were shared, was to create a smokescreen, to cloud over the credible allegations being made. For if PPP had evidence to rebut our allegations, they certainly would’ve provided them, rather than offering irrelevant election reports, to the Fact-Finding Mission.

Then consistent with their theme of creating smokescreens, Ali most extraneously referred to the three branches of Government, and PPP discredited house lot allocation programme. Where it would appear, in alluding to these institutions, he is suggesting that the US Delegation seek.

evidence from them, to support the PPP’s case. However, this US Delegation which PPP has discredited, was on a Fact-Finding Mission, not mission impossible. Which means, they weren’t expected to sift through boxes of ministerial documents, to ascertain what may be of evidentiary value to PPP. For if PPP had evidence to support their case, then the logical course of action, was to provide them to the Fact-Finding Mission, not dissimilar to what APNU+AFC did. But the reality is, they have no such evidence to support their case, making this another smokescreen.

Mark’s Take

Having said that, the dancing buffoon would’ve been better served, directly addressing the issue of discrimination, victimisation etc. Since the question confronting him, was one most elementary, on the painful issue of social injustices. Where if he, and in extension PPP, had nothing to hide, they would’ve met with the Fact-Finding Mission, in an attempt to provide us answers. But providing answers they can’t, hence had to resort to creating smokescreens, as aforementioned.

Thus, considering the available evidence, PPP facing allegations of discrimination and victimisation, has proven incapable of providing credible answers. Which means, it’s most ironic, they, having challenged us to provide evidence, are in themselves incapable of providing evidence to support their case. Therefore, the inference that has to be drawn from their lack of answers is, they are guilty as charged. As a result, confident we are, the Fact-Finding Mission would support our narrative, and in so doing, hold PPP to account.
