Former Mayor Pt. Ubraj Narine attended the Ruimveldt Life Improvement Centre’s 40th Anniversary Service on Sunday. Evidence of this could be seen, before demitting mayoral office, with his office’s approval of the Ruimveldt LIfe Improvement Centre’s request to erect lights in the street, ensuring the safety and visibility for congregation members and residents alike.
