His Worship Mayor Pt. Ubraj Narine, Mayor of the City of Georgetown, has been honoured with three prestigious Congressional Awards for his exceptional leadership and dedication to the betterment of the community. The awards, presented by members of the United States (U.S) Congress, recognise the Mayor’s outstanding achievements in various areas of governance and community development as a humanitarian.
 
Expressing gratitude for the recognition, Mayor Narine highlighted the collaborative efforts of the city council, community organisations, and residents in achieving these remarkable milestones. The Mayor emphasised that these awards are a testament to the collective dedication and hard work of the entire Georgetown community.
 
The Congressional Awards bestowed upon the Mayor serve as a testament to their visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to making Georgetown a model city for sustainable development, economic growth, and social progress.
