Four teen males of Region Nine were arrested arrested on 1st June 2023 and charged jointly with the offence of Setting Fire to the St Angela’s Girls’ Hostel.
They appeared at the Lethem Magistrate’s Court on 13th June 2023, before Magistrate Mr. Allan Wilson, where the charge was read to them and they were not required to plea to the indictable charge.
An order of the evaluation assessment in provision of the law is to conducted a competent court appointed doctor and the four have been remanded into the care of the state at the Juvenile Holding Centre.
The case was postponed to 13th July 2023 at the Lethem Magistrate’s Court for report.
