Monday the British Airways landed at the Cheddi Jagan International Airport (CJIA), Timehri, marking the official launch of its twice weekly flights to Guyana via the St Lucia route. The aircraft was a Boeing 777-200ER aircraft that has a capacity to carry 332 passengers. The airline will fly from Gatwick Airport to Guyana twice weekly on Mondays & Thursdays.
