Missing Ramkarran found dead

The body of, 44-year-old Fitzroy Ramcharran of Jonestown Squatting Area, Westbury, Essequibo Coast who was reported missing was on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 was discovered by a search party in the Westbury Seadam Canal, a short distance away from where he was last seen alive.

Upon examination, the deceased’s mouth was reportedly eaten by fishes. No other marks of violence were seen on the body. The man’s body was subsequently escorted to the Charity Cottage Hospital, awaiting a post mortem examination.
