GEORGETOWN – July 8, 2022: Ashmins Fun Park and Resort Inc. will on July 11th, 2022 launch its ‘Madewini Waterfront
Villas’ at the Salon Room, Marriot Hotel, Georgetown. Madewini Waterfront Villlas, Phase 2 of the Development of the existing Madewini Villas is located within the Splashmins Resort Compound on the Linden Soesdyke Highway.

Mr. Lennox John is the owner of Madewini Waterfront Villas, and his vision is to create ‘A WATERFRONT LUXURY COMMUNITY DESTINATION’ in Guyana, ten minutes away from Cheddie Jagan International Airport. The 2.5 Billion Dollar (GYD) Development is a prime indication of the magnitude of investor’s confidence that prevails in the current Guyanese Economy and Government’s developmental
drive as a whole.

The development will house approximately 300 private opulent residences, a beach front hotel and an array of modern vital amenities in an eco-friendly environment and will be secured by armed lake and land patrols. Designed with this at its core, Madewini Waterfront Villas ensures a harmonious blend of the natural environment that respects the true ecological properties of the project area. The development will create three hundred jobs and will largely comprise local content.

Some key features of this new development and future development cater for:
 A new waterfront esplanade that will seamlessly connect to, and expand the existing
Madewini Villas Resort Community.
 An outdoor performance space, with public seating and a scenic creek link to the
Demerara River.
 Five artificial lakes.
 Recreational spaces.
 A dynamic public shopping center and malls along exterior streets designed to draw
visitors into active ground floor and exterior spaces.
 Community-based programming space.
 Three hundred plus house lots.
 Utilities.
 Road networks and bridges.
 Hotel
 Sidewalks.
Together, we are expanding Guyana’s only waterfront community and we are honored to invite
you to come and experience it.
