In a recent statement to the press, Article 13 made the announcement that former President Mr. Donald Ramotar will deliver the inaugural lecture at the launch of our lecture series on Tuesday, July 12, 2022. Mr. Ramotar will speak on the topic Electoral Reform and Electoral Systems.

Mr. Ramotar’s presentation will be followed by Remarks by a panel comprising Mr. Vincent Alexander, GECOM Commissioner, Mr.  Norris Whitter, Trade Unionist and Mr. Desmond Thomas from the Electoral Reform Group.  The lecture will be held in the Conference Room, National Library, Church Street at 4:30 pm 5:30/ pm.  The Lecture is open to the public and is free of charge.
