On this our 52nd anniversary as the Co-operative Republic of Guyana, we the members of Zadok Ministers Fellowship do acknowledge the grace and mercy of God over our nation for all of these years. The Lord has helped our nation even during this current pandemic and therefore, we should never fail to sincerely express our gratitude to God and seek direction and guidance through prayer and intercession.
We do call upon every community, every village, every town and every region to foster national unity; to work together towards becoming one people, one nation with one destiny, a Guyana our forefathers struggled and fought for. Let us exemplify humility and integrity in the face of our impending prosperity from the emerging oil and gas sector.

We do recognize that all authority comes from God. We do therefore ask and request that all of our leaders in government, the opposition, religious organizations, military and par-military bodies, business and civil society exercise authority with justice, equity, and great humility, as we celebrate 52 years as a Co-operative Republic.

As a nation, we should be kind and helpful to each other and especially to foreigners. We do respect the hospitality of others to us as we were going through our hardships. We also remember how we felt when treated in an inhospitable way. We should therefore show love and kindness to all. Our doors should be open just as how other nations and people opened their doors to us. However, this does not mean that we should be exploited by any. Rather, we must work towards fully developing a sustainable and prosperous future for this and the generations to come.
We do recognize the important role played by the body of Christ and the church community and express the desire that we continue to be the conscience of the nation. We do recognize that with responsibility comes accountability. We all need to be accountable. Long live the Co-operative Republic of Guyana and may God bless her people.
Happy 52nd anniversary Guyana.
