Less than 10 days before the People’s National Congress Reform (PNCR) holds its much anticipated 21st Biennial Congress, three members from its Accreditation Committee, including its Co-Chairman Ganesh Mahipaul, have reportedly resigned.
Village Voice News was reliably informed that the three members – Ganesh Mahipaul, Carol Joseph-Smith and Annette Ferguson – tendered their resignation earlier today (December 1) during a meeting of the Central Executive Committee (CEC). The reason behind their resignations remain unknown at the moment, however, a source close to the Executive Committee, said there was a heated debate about conflict of interest.
Due to the resignations, Co-Chairman of the Accreditation Committee, Mortimer Mingo remains the lone member.
