GGDMA donates $1.5M towards flood relief

The Guyana Gold and Diamond Miners’ Association (GGDMA) today donated $1.5M to the Civil Defence Commission (CDC) to support flood relief efforts.

The cheque was handed over to CDC Director General, Lieutenant Colonel, Kester Craig at the Commission’s Thomas Lands Headquarters. The Director General expressed thanks to the organisation for its timely contribution, stating it will go a long way in supporting impacted areas.
